Gutter -The inside margin should be set to a minimum 0.75". The gutter should be set to zero. In InDesign, the gutter refers to the space between two columns, not two pages.
Bleed - By definition, Bleed is a printing term that refers to graphics or design elements which extend beyond the print edge of your design piece. Bleed ensures that no unprinted edges occur in the final trimmed document
